On March 19, 1959, Terry Hall entered this world in Coventry, England. Years later, he re-introduced himself to the world as the lead singer of The Specials. As the Western world grapples with unemployment and various other economic calamities, it seems appropriate to revisit their 1981 classic, “Ghost Town,” which reached #1 on the UK Singles chart.
