Music politicos: Tom Morello of Rage Against The Machine, Serj Tankian of System of a Down and Tim McIlrath of Rise Against have joined forces to release “We Are the 99 Percent.” The track marks the one-year anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement, is available for free download.

“I wanted to create a song that felt like it’s powerful and as exciting as the global Occupation movement feels to me,” Morello said in an interview with LA radio station KROQ.
