Roundup: Google to Weigh Legit Music Content More Favorably in Search Results

In a big victory for the music industry and artists, Google announced on Friday that it will update its search algorithms so that legitimate sources of music and copyrighted material may rise to the top of searches more easily, while sites with a lot of copyright claims against them will fall lower in search results.
