Thanks to our sources on the ground at the Staples Center, we’ve learned that Bruce Springsteen will open the Grammys–his first major performance since the death of longtime sideman Clarence Clemons.
Also: LLCoolJ will lead a prayer to kick off a Whitney Houston montage, including “I Will Always Love You.” Jennifer Hudson will then sing the tribute to Whitney.
