Well, this was unexpected. In an interview for SPIN, Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine reveals that he once prolonged a cancer patient’s life by grabbing his throat and “praying for the dude.” The fan survived long enough to give him a certificate signed by the Kentucky governor that proclaims Mustaine a “Kentucky Colonel.”
“As far as I know it’s the real deal,” says Mustaine.
